Shipping Policy

No shipping during the summer months of June, July & August. We may experience delays in shipping due to brief spikes in temperatures in May & September. We will inform you of any delays due to warm weather. Please keep in mind that we strive to maintain the quality of our product once it leaves our factory. We have fixed shipping rates based on quantity and shipping destination.

Shipping Disclaimer

We encourage all deliveries be made to a Business address. If sent to a residence, we are not responsible for damaged or stolen product. Upon receipt from UPS, discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours in order to file for damages. CONTACT Nectar Candy Co. LLC - NOT UPS - if there is a problem. Refuse to sign or ACCEPT damaged candy cases unless your confident that the product is damage free.

Please wait for your following up second email confirming when your order is ready for pick up . Seasonal supply & demand dictate turn around time for processing all orders. No same day pick up.
