CAN I PAY BY CHECK?

Email us your order request at nectarcandy@gmail.com including contact name & phone and wait for an email confirmation from us within 24 hrs. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Turn around time can vary based on daily supply & demand. No personal checks accepted ... only organizational checks or money orders /cashier's checks accepted payable to Nectar Candy Co. LLC

IS YOUR PRODUCT AVAILABLE FOR YEAR ROUND PURCHASE?
There is NO shipping during the summer months of June, July & August. We may experience delays in shipping due to brief spikes in temperatures in May & September. Pick Up orders are available most of the year but on a very limited basis during the month of July; please email us before placing a pick up order this time of year to check on availability.

CAN WE PICK UP ORDERS?
Yes, only at the Anthony-Thomas Candy Company factory location at 1777 Arlingate Lane, Columbus, Ohio, 43228 during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. ALWAYS wait for confirmation that your order has been processed and is ready for pick up. Sorry, no weekend pick-up available.  NO WALK IN OR PHONE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED ...NO Exceptions.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
It depends on supply and demand. However, Pickup orders are usually available within 2-3 business days and same day pick up is not available. We will notify you when your order is ready. Shipping Orders are usually shipped within three to five business days (weather permitting).

DO YOU PAY FOR YOUR ORDER IN ADVANCE?
If you wish to pay by credit card for either your pick up or shipped order then you must process your payment through our secure web site when placing your order. No credit card payment processing is available at our pick up location.

If you are paying by check, please bring check payment with you at the time of pick up. No personal checks accepted. Only organizational checks, money orders, or cashier's checks are accepted. All checks must be made payable to:

Otherwise, payment cannot be accepted.

If your order is being shipped, please download this form and we will notify you when received.

School orders processed with a district approved purchase order are not required to pay upfront. PTA School Wide sales are eligible for 30-day invoicing. Reach out to us to discuss your options.

CAN I MIX THE DIFFERENT VARIETIES OF CANDY WITHIN ONE CASE?
No, candy bars are packed one kind per case, 180 bars per case, and 6 bags of 30 bars per case. ONE KIND PER CASE.

What is our COST per case, PROFIT per case, and selling price?
CASE COST $148.50/CASE PROFIT $121.50
45% Profit Per Case (180 bars per case)
$1.50 selling price per bar.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
NO, you can start with as little as one case. (Please keep in mind that there is only ONE kind of candy bar per case).
School District POs: Ten case minimum orders. No exceptions, please.
