Shipping Info

Do you take phone orders? By not accepting phone orders for shipment, we ensure the shipping accuracy of your order.

Can we pick up orders? Yes, for faster service, in the Columbus Metro area, orders can be picked up at the Anthony-Thomas Candy Company factory location, 1777 Arlingate Lane, Columbus, Ohio 43228 during normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Sorry, no weekend pick-up available. Pick Up orders can usually be processed within 2-3 business days, but sometimes longer depending on supply & demand which can vary on a weekly basis. We can not accommodate same day pick ups.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing and shipment of all orders.

No shipping during June, July & August; Limited Shipping (weather permitting) during May & September. Please call before placing your order if temperatures are above 70 degrees in your area.
